I am an integrative counsellor providing telephone couselling for clients aged 18+.

I work with clients struggling with anxiety, depression, stress, grief, confidence, just to name a few. 

Having qualified as a Counsellor in the summer of 2022, I am enthusiastic and ready to help you with your mental welbeing.
